OIC Condemned Strongly Houthi Militia Launching of Ballistic Missiles, Bomb-laden Drones Targeting Saudi Arabia, During Eid Day

Jeddah-- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen strongly disapproved the cowardly aggressive act by the Houthi terrorist militia's launching of 8 bomb-laden drones and three ballistic missiles targeting civilians and civil facilities, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen's announcement here today, as it managed to intercept and destroy the missiles and drones, before hitting their targets.

He lauded the vigilance and professionalism of the coalition forces that thwarted the failed attempt of the Houthi terrorist militia, targeting spoiling the delight of Eid, considering continuation of launching them as war crimes as it constituted flagrant defiance of international laws, norms and accords.

Al-Othaimeen reasserted OIC stance and solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in all measures it may take to deter Houthi aggression and to protect civilians, citizens and resident, on its territories.
