16th International Honey Festival in Al-Baha Concludes

The 16th International Honey Festival concluded yesterday in Al-Baha region. The event, organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture's Branch in Al-Baha, saw the participation of 90 beekeepers from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. The Director General of the Ministry's Branch in Al-Baha, Eng. Fahad Al-Zahrani stated that the festival featured 20 tons of honey, with 25 different varieties, all rigorously tested for quality and origin. The festival also featured workshops aimed at developing the beekeeping and honey production sector. These workshops covered the latest scientific advancements, technologies, and best practices in beekeeping, honey production, and preservation, emphasizing quality and health benefits.
