Education Ministry announced the registration for students studying outside Bahrain, students transferring from private schools, and re-registration and transfers between secondary schools from 21 August-2 September at East Riffa Boys Secondary School from 8 am-1 pm.
The ministry said that the students studying outside Bahrain must approve their last transcript obtained by the school from which they graduated, also from the Education and Foreign Affairs Ministries and from Bahrain embassy in the country they come from .
The students are required to accredit their certificate issued by the Examination Administration which shows their academic level. The passport with the family residence visa (for foreign students), the smart card, the parents' smart card and a copy of both are also required.
For students who are transferring from private schools, they must present their accredited certificate issued by the Private Education Directorate indicating the student's level, the passport with the family residence visa (for foreign students), the smart card, the parents' smart card and a copy of both.
The documents required to transfer students from one secondary school to another are: the last certificate obtained, the student's and the parents' smart card and a copy of both.
For the applicants who want to re-register, the regulations are that the student is not over 21, that he has not been dismissed from school, that he has not taken nine semesters in regular study, and that the student is not married. The required documents are: letter from his parents to Secondary Education Department Director or the Department of Technical and Vocational Education Director, to re-enroll the student, to show the grades issued by the school or the administration of exams, smart card for the student and the a copy of the parents smart card, assurance from the parents that he is not married and responsible.
