Yemen Scholars Association condemns Houthi militias’ looting of humanitarian aid

Aden, The Yemen Scholars Association has blamed Houthi coup militias for the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Yemen due to their looting of humanitarian aid and the accompanying suspension of the salaries of hundreds of thousands of employees for nearly two years.

In a statement issued yesterday, the Association praised the great efforts and humanitarian support of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), which provides directly and indirectly most of the humanitarian relief support for the Yemeni people in their current humanitarian plight and its response to a large part of humanitarian relief needs in various areas of Yemen being provided for all Yemenis without distinction.

The Yemen Scholars Association condemned Iran-backed Houthi coup militias for looting relief aid in areas under their control.
