MP Assem Araji said in an interview with the "Voice of Lebanon" radio station that the formation of the government would require concessions from all the political parties.
Araji said internal and not external reasons were behind the delay in forming the new cabinet.
"The stance of Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri is well known. He wants a government of national unity that will bring all the parties together and that is why he is taking his time to achieve this goal," he said.
The MP has finally denied the existence of tensions that negatively affect the presidential compromise, describing the relationship of the Future movement with the Free Patriotic Movement as "good" despite the differences in views related to the government formation.
