MP Fady Saad reminded Saturday various political counterparts of the dire need for a swift formation of the new government in order to address the pressing socio-economic situation.
Speaking in an interview to "Radio Free Lebanon" this morning, Saad said that "the obstacle standing in the way of forming the new cabinet is an internal matter."
Commenting on opening channels of communication with the Syrian side, the lawmaker said that the Lebanese Forces Party "rejects normalization" with the Syrian regime.
Finally, MP Saad pointed out that the return of Syrian refugees to their homeland must be carried out through the United Nations.
