The Popular Crowd of the western Anbar axis confirms its continued pursuit of terrorist cells to secure the return of displaced persons to their areas

BAGHDAD, The Commander of the popular mobilization of the western axis of Anbar Qasim Musleh stressed on Sunday they continued the qualitative operations to pursue Daesh terrorist cells to secure the return of displaced persons to their areas.

"The Popular crowd Forces and the security forces are continuing their qualitative operations to pursue the Daesh sleeping cells in western Anbar areas," Mosleh told the popular crowd website. "The operations come to ensure the return of displaced people to their liberated areas."

He added that "the popular mobilization of the axis of western Anbar held an extensive meeting with the Qaimqam Al-Qaim district and in the presence of security leaders and a number of elders and dignitaries of the district to identify the most important security challenges in those areas being adjacent to the Syrian-Iraqi border," adding, "the desert west of Anbar is one of the areas facilitating the activity of terrorist cells because of their near to Syrian territory. "
