KSA Presents Its Experience in Voter Registration in Cairo

Cairo, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today presented its experience in the process of voter registration according to its registration system of municipal councils before the 2nd Forum of Electoral Management Bodies in the Arab States.

The Forum is being hosted at the Arab League's headquarters here today in cooperation between the Management of Elections Affairs Arab League and the United Nations.

The Secretary General for Municipalities Affairs at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Advisor Brik bin Abdullah Al-Qarni said that the number of municipal councils in the Kingdom are "284" including "3156" members, two-thirds of them are elected directly by voters.
