Investcorp Launches Strategic Capital Partners Business

Manama, Investcorp the global manager of alternative investments announced today the launch of its Strategic Capital Partners strategy, which will focus on minority equity investments in mid-sized alternative asset managers.

To guide the Strategic Capital Partners business, Investcorp has hired Anthony Maniscalco who has over 25 years of experience and was formerly Managing Director and Co-Head of Credit Suisse's Anteil Capital Partners business. Prior to Credit Suisse, Anthony was on the leadership team of Blackstone Strategic Capital Holdings, a vehicle focused on acquiring minority interests in alternative asset managers. Anthony joins Investcorp as the Managing Partner and Head of Strategic Capital Partners within the Firm's Absolute Return Investments group.
