Shura Council Expresses its Full Rejection of the Report of Special Rapporteur of the Human Rights Council

Riyadh, The Shura Council expressed its total rejection of the report of the Special Rapporteur of the United Nations Human Rights Council, Agnes Kalamar, recently issued on the case of the citizen Jamal Khashoggi, including false accusations against the Kingdom, its leadership and its judicial authority.

In a statement, the Shoura Council strongly rejected all attempts to harm the Kingdom's sovereignty, its judicial authority or tials to divert the case from the course of justice in the Kingdom or influence it in any way.

Also, Shura Council stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince, will not deviate from the realization of the right, application of the principle of justice and preservation of human rights.
