Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index Ends Trading higher, at 8,089.54 Points

Riyadh, Saudi Stock Exchange’s main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 39.40 points to close, at 8,089.54 points’ barrier.
The total value of the trading reported was over SR13.9 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 525 million, divided into as many as 500,000 deals.
While the stocks of 100 companies ended the trading with higher values, 86 companies’ shares slumped.
In terms of the spread between the highest and the lowest stocks, it ranged from 9.96% to 2.64%.
For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) finished higher, too, gaining 1,190.7 points to end trading, at 110,23.96 points, with a valuation over SR71 million and a tally of more than 1.3 million stocks traded, divided into 1,901 deals.
