The Turkish President confirms that his country’s differences with Saudi Arabia and the UAE have been overcome

Istanbul (NINA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan affirmed that his country's differences with Saudi Arabia and the UAE have been overcome, and that Turkey has common denominators with the two countries.

Erdogan said during his participation in a youth event on the occasion of Youth and Sports Day and the commemoration of the founder of the Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, last night in the capital, Ankara, that the differences with Saudi Arabia and the UAE are nothing but differences within the same family, and that they were overcome.

He added, "We have overcome differences with Riyadh and Abu Dhabi, and drawn up plans for the rapid development of bilateral relations in the fields of trade, industry, defense industries, culture and tourism, and we are taking steps in this direction."

He expressed his confidence that the path started by Turkey towards the two countries will make very important contributions, both at the commercial and political levels.

He stressed that Turkey will share its experiences in the field of defense industries with Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
