The Baghdad Crime Control Directorate announced the arrest of an accused of stealing (6) thousand US dollars and (35) mobile devices in central Baghdad.
A statement by the Directorate stated: "The detachments of the Karrada Office for Combating Crime arrested an accused of stealing an amount of money amounting to (6) thousand US dollars, and (35) mobile devices of various types from inside a store within the Karrada area in central Baghdad."
He explained: "The arrest process came after investigation, collection of information, and a great and distinguished effort, which resulted in reaching and arresting the accused, and upon conducting the investigation with him, he explicitly confessed to stealing the amount and mobile devices."
