US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al-Busaidi have discussed in a phone call a number of shared files, topped by efforts being exerted to limit the risks of continuing conflict between Israel, Hamas, and other parties in Gaza.
Secretary Blinken reiterated US commitment to the 2-state solution, emphasizing that Palestinians and Israelis, alike, deserve to live peacefully, safely and in dignity.
The two ministers also underscored the significance of the immediate and comprehensive cease-fire in Yemen to help putting an end to the war as well as the humanitarian suffering of the Yemeni people.
