Electricity is completely cut off from the Hawija because of sabotage

KIRKUK, A security source announced that the towers of the electricity carriers were subjected to a series of sabotage acts that led to the cut off the power supply to the Hawija and its suburbs and the death of one of the workers.

A security source pointed out that the terrorist gangs of Daesh blew up two towers of electrical power near the village of Al-Suha, in Hawija district, 45 km west of Kirkuk. The incident cut off the electricity within the Hawija area and its surroundings.

On the other hand, the source said that the explosion of a bomb targeted a vehicle of the Federal Police near the grain silo and led to the injury to two policemen and material damage to the vehicle. He outlined that an explosive device near an electric power tower near the village of Mahmudiyah, and the incident led to the death of one of the electricity maintenance workers named Mohammed Ahmed.
