This specialized training course is designed to provide leaders in support and business departments with advanced skills in the field of performance development in order to heighten productivity, which will undoubtedly contribute to raising service quality and customer satisfaction," Sattam Sulaiman Al Gosaibi, CEO of KHCB, said.

"The training and development process is a major part of our business model. Annually, the bank implements a series of training programs for all employees, who we consider to be a key element of our success. Thus, we are keen to cooperate with major local and international training institutions to develop a training plan tailored to the bank's needs and the demands of the market, he added.
