Then, the Riyadh Agreement was co-signed by Yemeni Government's Representative Salem Al-Khanbashi and Transitional Council's Representative Dr. Nasser Al-Khabaji.
The signing ceremony of Riyadh Agreement was attended by Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard; Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Lieutenant General Prince Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz, Commander of the Joint Forces; Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Advisor; Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan, Chief of General Intelligence; and Mohammed Saeed Al Jaber, Saudi Ambassador to Yemen.
The signing ceremony of Riyadh Agreement was also attended by UAE National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan; UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash; Deputy Secretary General of UAE Supreme National Security Council Ali Al-Shamsi; UAE Federal Customs President Ali Al-Neyadi; and Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The signing ceremony of Riyadh Agreement was also attended by Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar; Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Mueen Abdulmalik; Speaker of Yemeni House of Representatives Sultan Al-Berkani; President of Yemeni Supreme Judicial Council Ali Nasser Salem; and President of Yemeni Supreme Court Sheikh Hamoud Al-Hitar.
