Mecca: The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has introduced a 24-hour "Tahawul" service, allowing pilgrims to perform ritual ablution swiftly and efficiently.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this service operates through two key locations: one adjacent to Bab al-Marwah and another located in the eastern courtyard. Each ablution session takes approximately two minutes, providing a quick and seamless experience for each pilgrim. The process is supervised by a specialized team, utilizing fully sterilized tools to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
The initiative aligns with the Presidency's commitment to enhancing services within the Two Holy Mosques. By adhering to quality and efficiency standards, this initiative aims to offer a distinguished experience for the Guests of God. The ongoing efforts are directed towards facilitating the performance of rituals, ensuring comfort, and providing reassurance to pilgrims, in alignment with the directives of the wise leadership.
