Jazan: A total of 80 scouts and scout leaders from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in Jazan Region are participating in the 1447 AH Hajj public service camps as part of the corporation's efforts to serve pilgrims.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the scout team provides a range of volunteer and support services in the holy sites, including guidance, organization, and support for field operations. This initiative reinforces the values of volunteerism, giving, and community service while highlighting the role of scouts in humanitarian and national efforts during the Hajj season.
TVTC Director General in Jazan Region Eng. Saleh Al-Qahtani stated that the participation is an extension of the role of technical and vocational training in supporting national and community initiatives. It aims to strengthen the spirit of responsibility and volunteer work among trainees, enabling them to contribute effectively to community service and the service of pilgrims.
