4 Popular Mobilization Forces injured in bomb explosion west of Nineveh

The Popular Mobilization Commission announced today, Monday, that 4 of its members were injured in an explosive device explosion west of Nineveh Governorate. The Commission stated in a statement: "Four members of the General Media Directorate in the Commission were injured while covering the ongoing military operations west of Nineveh Governorate." It added: "The members sustained varying injuries and the vehicle they were transporting was damaged, as a result of the explosion of an explosive device in the western Nineveh sector during their participation in covering the (Muhammad the Messenger of God) operations, where they were evacuated to (al-Qayyarah) Hospital to receive the necessary treatment." It indicated that the members were accompanied by units of the 25th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization and the 21st Brigade of the Iraqi Army, to cover the military operation," noting that "their condition is currently stable, while other media teams continue to perform their duties in the three axes of the military operation.
