WAMY Commends Saudi Arabia’s Leading Role in Supporting Refugees

Riyadh: On the occasion of World Refugee Day, observed annually on June 20, the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) affirmed that Saudi Arabia has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to supporting refugees and responding to humanitarian crises worldwide.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the assembly emphasized that the Kingdom's ongoing efforts to support refugees are deeply rooted in the values of the Islamic faith, which promote brotherhood, generosity, and compassion for those in need. This enduring humanitarian commitment is further strengthened by Vision 2030, which places a strong emphasis on Saudi Arabia's role on the global humanitarian stage.

It also underscored the pivotal role of the Kingdom's leadership, whose foresight and strategic vision have solidified its position as a key international partner in efforts to support refugees and ease their suffering worldwide.
