AlUla Expands Destination Management Program with Seven New Partnerships

AlUla:The accredited Destination Management Company (DMC) partner program in AlUla has been expanded to include seven new specialized companies, increasing the total number of accredited partners to 19.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these new partnerships will enhance AlUla's presence in key tourism markets such as GCC countries, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, India, Russia, China, and Latin America. This expansion aims to bolster AlUla's international market reach and strengthen its collaboration with the global travel and tourism industry.

AlUla International Airport has also increased its terminal space by 44%, which has resulted in a 75% increase in capacity, allowing it to handle 700,000 passengers annually. The airport now features smart gates and 12 counters for international flights. Additionally, AlUla is connected by direct flights from Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, as well as regional flights from Doha throughout the year.

The expanded DMC partner network will offer visitors access to a wide range of tourism experiences, including MICHELIN Guide-listed hospitality options. It will also feature year-round events from the "AlUla Moments" calendar, which includes the AlUla Skies Festival along with cultural, sporting, and wellness events.
