Amman: The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States is set to host an international conference tomorrow titled The Role of the International Community and Civil Society Organizations in Promoting and Respecting the Rights of the Palestinian Child. According to Saudi Press Agency, this two-day conference, being held in Amman, Jordan, is organized following a decision from the 42nd session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Social Affairs. The event aims to bolster Arab efforts in support of the Palestinian cause in light of Israeli actions against the State of Palestine. The conference will address the unprecedented violations faced by children, women, and civilians, which are seen as clear infringements of international charters and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
