The Karbala police command managed to arrest a murderer in record time.
It stated in a statement that: "After receiving information that there was a murder incident in one of the governorate's areas, a work team was formed to search for the perpetrator and hand him over to justice."
It added: "The work team began searching and investigating, and after a record time, the criminal was found and arrested, and upon investigation and confronting him with evidence, he collapsed and openly admitted that he had killed the victim due to differences between them."
