Aseer: As the holy month of Ramadan begins, the Aseer Region Municipality has ramped up its field operations to address the increased commercial activity in Ramadan markets. It boosted the capacity of inspection teams by deploying over 200 inspectors and approximately 900 male and female volunteers. Together, they will conduct more than 1,000 inspections and awareness visits.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the municipality stated that these efforts are part of their operational plan for Ramadan, aimed at enhancing compliance with regulations and guidelines. The initiative is designed to protect both consumers and businesses while fostering a safe and organized commercial environment during the holy month.
