Riyadh:Attorney General Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef has initiated a new digital service that provides simultaneous interpretation in over 77 languages during investigative proceedings.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this service is designed to improve the speed and accuracy of interpretation needs, thereby enhancing the efficiency of investigations and ensuring clear communication and procedural integrity.
The initiative also upholds statutory safeguards related to interpreter use, ensuring that all parties in proceedings can comprehend the actions taken against them and communicate effectively during investigations.
This development is part of the Public Prosecution's broader efforts to modernize its operational framework, utilizing digital solutions to bolster procedural safeguards, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality of prosecutorial work.
