Jeddah: The General Directorate of Border Guard has begun receiving the first group of worshippers arriving at Jeddah Islamic Port to perform Umrah during the holy month of Ramadan 1447 AH. This initiative is part of the Border Guard's responsibilities at both land and sea entry points, supported by a comprehensive system of security and field services.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Major General Shaya Al-Wadaani, the director-general of Border Guard, stated that all necessary resources have been mobilized to streamline entry procedures for Umrah performers. This effort aims to enhance the quality of services offered, underscoring the Kingdom's commitment to the welfare of worshippers and Umrah performers.
