Riyadh: Britain condemned in the strongest terms the threats made by the Houthi militia against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the imposition of a maritime blockade, stressing that these provocations further destabilize the region, threaten freedom of navigation in the Red Sea, and undermine efforts to achieve peace in Yemen.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the British Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office emphasized that the United Kingdom stands firmly with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its other partners in the region in confronting these threats, calling on the Houthi militia to immediately cease their escalatory actions.
