Makkah: The Civil Defense at the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah Region has intensified its operations during Ramadan to bolster field operations and elevate public safety. This initiative ensures a swift response and efficient management of reports at all hours, utilizing the unified security incident management system for seamless receipt and transfer of reports.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Civil Defense is actively monitoring the readiness of field centers and overseeing field and preventive operations. They are tasked with receiving and processing incoming reports, and diligently tracking the progress of operations until each case is resolved. This is achieved through a team of qualified personnel. Additionally, the Civil Defense supervises the execution of operational plans and coordinates support and assistance efforts to provide high-quality services in multiple languages around the clock.
