Riyadh: Authorities reported that 30 additional deaths were confirmed following a landslide in Pengshui County, southwestern China, on July 17, bringing the total death toll to 41.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the landslide swept away residential buildings at the foot of a mountain and along a riverbank. Rescue teams found no signs of life during the search for 50 missing persons among the rubble.
