Deputy Governor of Madinah Reviews Hajj Operations at Principality’s Agency

Madinah: Deputy Governor of Madinah Region Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud bin Abdulaziz inspected the headquarters of the Principality's Agency for Hajj and Visit Affairs to review operations and services provided to pilgrims during the 1447 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the tour, the deputy governor was briefed on the field monitoring and reporting room, mechanisms for overseeing operational and field activities, and the ecosystem of services provided to pilgrims and visitors in Madinah.

He also visited the reporting hall and reviewed procedures for receiving and handling reports. In addition, he examined several cases and statistics related to response and processing times, reflecting the level of readiness and integration among relevant entities.

The deputy governor also reviewed a presentation on the agency's key tasks and activities during the season, as well as efforts undertaken in coordination with relevant authorities to serve pilgrims and visitors and facilitate their journey from arrival to departure.

Prince Saud affirmed that the care and attention devoted by the leadership to serving pilgrims are reflected in the integrated efforts of various government entities. He stressed the importance of intensifying efforts and maintaining dedication to providing the highest quality services to pilgrims and visitors, enabling them to perform rituals with ease and peace of mind.

He thanked the agency's staff and praised their role in monitoring the performance of operational plans for service sectors during the Hajj season. He also urged them to exert greater efforts to ensure ease and comfort for visitors to the Prophet's Mosque.
