Riyadh: Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz crowned the winners of the eighth edition of the Crown Prince Camel Festival during the closing ceremony organized by the Saudi Camel Federation at the historic Taif Camel Racing Track. According to Saudi Press Agency, the ceremony was attended by Minister of Sport and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Camel Federation Prince Fahad bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, and several princes and senior officials. On the occasion, the minister of sport expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to HRH the Crown Prince for his patronage of the festival, affirming that the patronage reflects the support and attention accorded to the sports sector, particularly camel racing, as an authentic heritage that re flects an aspect of Saudi Arabia's culture and identity.
