Drone Racing World Cup Begins with Participation from Over 50 Countries

Riyadh: The Drone Racing World Cup launched here today, organized by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones (SAFCSP) in collaboration with the International Air Sports Federation, under the auspices of Riyadh Season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tournament features top-tier pilots from over 50 countries competing for prizes exceeding SAR1.3 million, offering an electrifying experience that blends technical precision with creative flair.

The event aligns with the Kingdom's vision to position itself as a hub for advanced technology and a magnet for talent and innovation across various technical disciplines.

The first two days of the competition are dedicated to qualifying rounds, with the final day hosting the qualifiers and the championship round. The tournament also includes workshops and accompanying events, providing an opportunity for everyone to learn about and engage with the sport of drone racing.
