Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds are anticipated to affect parts of Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Hail, Madinah, and Makkah regions on Saturday. Fog formation is expected along the coastal areas of Makkah and Eastern regions during the night and early morning hours.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has forecasted that winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts, while they will shift to southeasterly to southwesterly in the southern part. The wind speeds in these areas are predicted to range between 15-45 km/h, with wave heights spanning from half a meter to two meters, leading to sea conditions varying from calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, the winds are expected to be northwesterly to westerly, with speeds between 10-28 km/h. The waves in this region are forecasted to range from half a meter to one meter, indicating relatively calm sea conditions.
