Dust-Stirring Winds and Fog Predicted Across Regions

Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds are expected to affect several regions including Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Hail, Qassim, Madinah, Makkah, and Tabuk.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has forecasted the potential formation of fog during the night and early morning hours in the coastal areas of Makkah and the Eastern regions.

Winds over the Red Sea are predicted to be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at speeds ranging from 25-50 km/h. In the southern part, winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly at speeds of 12-45 km/h. Wave heights may vary from half a meter to over two meters, indicating that the sea conditions will range from calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, wind patterns will shift from northeasterly to southeasterly, transitioning to northwesterly to northerly in the afternoon in the northern and central parts, while the southern part will experience northeasterly to northwesterly winds at speeds of 10-28 km/h. Wave heights are expected to be between half a meter to one meter, with the sea remaining relatively calm.
