Makkah: Dust-stirring winds and rain are forecasted to affect various regions in Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has predicted that winds capable of stirring dust will blow across parts of Makkah, Madinah, Hail, and the Eastern regions.
Rainfall is expected in the highlands of Jazan and Aseer regions, possibly impacting local weather conditions. The forecast indicates that winds over the Red Sea will range from northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central areas, shifting to southwesterly to northwesterly in the southern part, with speeds between 15-30 km/h. Wave heights are anticipated to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, suggesting relatively calm sea conditions.
In the Arabian Gulf, wind patterns will be northwesterly to westerly, with speeds of 10-25 km/h. Waves are predicted to reach heights of half a meter to one meter, indicating a relatively calm sea state. The meteorological conditions are expected to influence daily activities across the affected regions.
