Riyadh: The Education and Training Investment Forum 2026 will launch its second edition, focusing on enhancing partnerships with the private sector and attracting both local and international investment. Organized by the Ministry of Education, the two-day event is scheduled for January 25-26, under the patronage of Minister of Education Yousef Al-Benyan at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel and Residences.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum is set to gather a broad array of participants, including government, financing, and investment entities, as well as members of the education and training ecosystem. Over 1,500 attendees from educational institutions, alongside a select group of investors, entrepreneurs, and experts in the sector, are expected to join the event both locally and internationally.
The forum is positioned as a national platform aimed at stimulating and attracting investment in the education and training sector. It seeks to forge partnerships with educational institutions within and outside the Kingdom, thereby contributing to the development of an advanced educational environment in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Key themes of the forum will address the development of infrastructure for public and private schools, investment in vocational training and teacher development, early education economy advancement, cognitive and non-cognitive investment in universities, investment enablers, digital transformation acceleration, adoption of educational technologies, and foreign investment.
The agenda features 17 panel discussions and a keynote address focused on innovative solutions for sector development. It also includes 12 workshops, interactive activities, bilateral dialogues and meetings, and a dedicated platform for signing agreements, memoranda of understanding, and partnerships. An exhibition will accompany the forum, showcasing essential services designed to support investors.
The forum underscores the transition of the education and training sector into a pivotal driver of economic growth and future opportunities through effective public-private partnerships.
