Makkah: The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) branch in Makkah Region conducted a field inspection of the Al-Ka'kiyah Central Market to assess its readiness ahead of the 1447 AH Hajj season, ensuring adequate food supplies and the safety of provisions designated to serve pilgrims.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the inspection covered the market's operational facilities and supply movement, verifying sufficient quantities of fruits and vegetables to meet pilgrims' needs during the season, while emphasizing compliance with approved health and regulatory requirements.
