New york: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah participated in a quadrilateral meeting on Sudan, which included the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the United States of America, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting addressed developments in the Sudanese crisis and the need to unify efforts to overcome humanitarian challenges.
The discussions also focused on implementing the commitments outlined in the Jeddah Declaration, which emphasizes the protection of civilians. The meeting highlighted the importance of ensuring Sudan's stability while preserving its sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
