Former Ettifaq Club Star Highlights Hajj Experience and Saudi Arabia’s Role in Journey to Islam

Mecca: Former Ettifaq Club player and Swedish international Robin Quaison expressed his joy at performing Hajj this year as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit, overseen by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance. He said that standing at Arafat, spending the night in Muzdalifah, and proceeding to Mina were the most profound moments he has experienced since embracing Islam a year ago.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Quaison noted that his time in Saudi Arabia during his football career introduced him to Islam and its values, adding that the country's social ethics and the strong faith of its people had a deep impact on his journey.

He also praised the Kingdom's development across various fields and commended the leadership's efforts to serve pilgrims and facilitate their rituals.
