Jeddah: The Formula 1 stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will roar back to Jeddah from March 19-21, 2027, at Jeddah Corniche Circuit, the world's fastest street circuit, the Saudi Motorsport Company (SMC) announced.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the announcement came as part of the initial 2027 FIA Formula 1 World Championship calendar, with the Jeddah race returning to its familiar place as the second race of the season.
'We are delighted to welcome Formula 1 back to Jeddah in 2027,' said Chairman of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation and SMC Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Al Abdullah Al-Faisal, according to the event's official website. He added that 'the Jeddah Corniche Circuit has earned a reputation for producing some of the most thrilling and unpredictable racing in Formula 1, creating unforgettable moments for drivers and fans alike.'
As the pinnacle of motorsport returns to Jeddah's Red Sea shores for the sixth time, SMC is continuing its preparations to deliver another world-class edition and welcome the championship back to Jeddah alongside fans from across Saudi Arabia and around the world.
Fans will once again get the chance to watch the world's top drivers go wheel-to-wheel on the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, one of the world's fastest tracks, where average speeds exceed 252 kph.
