GASTAT Announces Continuation of Statistical Surveys, Urges Public Participation

Riyadh: The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) announced the continuation of data collection for the 2026 statistical surveys, which aim to provide reliable data to support policymakers in planning economic and social development.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the surveys employ multiple collection methods, including self-completion, telephone interviews, and field visits, and target public and private sector establishments, households, and individuals.

In line with digital transformation and Saudi Vision 2030, GASTAT launched a self-completion service for several surveys, emphasizing that all collected data will be used exclusively for statistical purposes and remain fully confidential.

It urged all segments of society to fulfill their responsibility by participating in the surveys. It also provided several channels for inquiries, including the unified telephone number (199009), the customer support email ([email protected]), and its official social media accounts.
