GCC Secretary General Condemns Khor Mor Gas Field Attack in Iraq’s Kurdistan Region

Riyadh: The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the Khor Mor gas field in Iraq's Kurdistan region, which led to the death of four innocent Yemeni workers, in addition to several injuries. Albudaiwi stressed that these terrorist attacks, which aim to destabilize security and stability in the Republic of Iraq, are a flagrant violation of the principles of international law. He emphasized the GCC firm position rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, which aim to destabilize security and stability and contradict humanitarian values and principles. The Secretary-General expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims of this terrorist act, and wished a speedy recovery to all those injured. Source: Saudi Press Agency
