Riyadh-- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, received today Sheikh Ali bin Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Sheikh Ali extended congratulations to Albudaiwi on assuming his duties as GCC Secretary General while wishing him further success in his mission.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of enhancing efforts for the joint Gulf action towards greater solidarity and interdependence within the framework of the GCC system in a way that translates the visions of the leaders of the GCC countries and the aspirations of their people.
They also discussed topics related to the latest developments at the regional and international arenas.
