General Authority Launches Salam Path Tracking Service at Prophet’s Mosque

Medina: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has introduced a new service aimed at improving visitor experiences at the Prophet's Mosque. This service is designed to assist visitors in planning their visits more effectively, enhancing ease of access to the mosque's entry routes.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the newly launched service provides real-time updates on the occupancy levels of the "Salam" path, a crucial entry route to the mosque. Visitors can now monitor crowd density through a color-coded system, which uses green to denote light occupancy, yellow for moderate occupancy, and red for high occupancy. This innovative approach allows visitors to select the most suitable time for their visit, thereby ensuring a smoother and more comfortable experience.
