GOSI Participates in World MSME Day to Promote Social Insurance Awareness among Employers

Riyadh: The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) participated in the activities marking World Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) Day, held yesterday across several regions of the Kingdom. This participation was part of GOSI's efforts to raise social insurance awareness among employers and support enterprises by enabling them to benefit from the social insurance and digital services offered by the organization.

According to Saudi Press Agency, GOSI conducted a series of in-person awareness workshops in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Madinah. These workshops were organized in coordination with the SME Support Centers of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, also known as Monsha'at.

The workshops aimed to enhance employers' understanding of their social insurance rights and obligations. They also sought to enable employers to benefit from supportive services and initiatives, leading to higher levels of compliance with social insurance regulations. This compliance is seen as a key factor in business stability and sustainability, while also supporting work environments and strengthening social insurance protection for employees.
