Hajj Minister and Key Officials Evaluate Readiness of Al-Haditha and Jadidat Arar Ports for Pilgrims

Qassim: Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfig Al-Rabiah, along with President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) Suhail Abanmi, and Acting Director General of Passports Saleh Al-Murabba, conducted a tour of the Al-Haditha and Jadidat Arar border crossings. The purpose of the visit was to review the workflow and preparations for receiving and serving pilgrims arriving to perform Hajj.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the officials assessed the operational readiness and services available at both border crossings. They examined the procedures implemented for receiving pilgrims and evaluated the efficiency of the movement flow to ensure that high-quality services are provided, facilitating the pilgrims' journey from the moment they arrive at the Kingdom's entry points.

The team also reviewed the available capabilities and facilities, as well as the coordination mechanisms among various government entities operating at the crossings. This reflects the integrated efforts and commitment to enhanced readiness during the Hajj season.

These visits are part of a field follow-up on efforts at land ports, demonstrating the dedication of relevant government entities to enhance preparedness. The aim is to provide seamless services to pilgrims, aligning with the Kingdom's commitment to caring for those performing Hajj and ensuring their rituals are facilitated with ease and reassurance.
