Hajj Ministry Launches Portal to Streamline Partners’ Integration with Its Digital Services

Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah: has launched a digital portal designed to manage and coordinate integration with government and private entities locally and globally.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the portal, known by its Arabic name Takamulat ('Integrations'), provides a unified digital solution designed to streamline integration with the ministry's digital services, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen data exchange governance. This supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program, as stated by the ministry.

The portal organizes integration processes and unifies procedures through a unified framework covering risk assessment, cybersecurity requirements, data-sharing agreements, as well as technical connectivity and data exchange measures. The initiative is intended to enhance integration reliability, improve operational quality, and accelerate procedures between the ministry and its partners.

The portal also serves as a single entry point for partners seeking to integrate with the ministry's digital services, according to the ministry. It enables users to explore application programming interfaces, submit integration requests, manage access permissions, and track requests and reports through a unified interface designed to improve procedural efficiency and strengthen governance of digital integrations.

The platform reduces the time and effort required of partner entities by allowing them to complete and monitor integration requirements through a single digital platform until the technical linkage process is finalized, the ministry said.

It added that the portal will help accelerate the rollout of joint services, reduce procedural duplication, increase transparency, and improve the quality and continuity of digital services.

The ministry said the portal launch marks an advanced step in developing digital infrastructure and unifying the management of integrations with various entities, enhancing the reliability of data exchange across the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem.
