Hajj Security Forces Command Intensifies Traffic Management Efforts for Pilgrim Movement

Makkah: The Hajj Security Forces Command for Traffic Affairs is intensifying its field efforts for the 1447 AH Hajj season through the implementation of integrated traffic plans aimed at managing movement in Makkah and the holy sites, preventing unauthorized vehicles from entering, and facilitating the smooth transfer of pilgrims between Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the traffic plans rely on a system of modern technologies and smart control mechanisms, supported by trained security personnel who monitor traffic flow on the ground and address any potential congestion. These measures contribute to improving mobility efficiency and ensuring the safety of pilgrims.

Preparations also include regulating vehicle permits for entry into the holy sites during designated periods, directing authorized vehicles along precise routes, allocating lanes for buses to ensure their arrival according to approved schedules between the sites, and managing stop stations with high efficiency.
