Riyadh: Moderate to heavy rain, potentially leading to flash floods and accompanied by hail and dust-stirring winds, is expected in parts of Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Northern Borders, Qassim, Riyadh, and Eastern regions. Light to moderate rain may also fall in parts of Jazan and Najran regions. Fog may form during the night and early hours of the morning in parts of these areas.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 16-45 km/h in the southern part. Waves may range from half a meter to two meters; the sea will be calm to choppy.
